The Opportunity:
We are currently recruiting a skilled advertising / marketing agency focussed sales / business development professional to develop our relationship with advertising & marketing agencies who build our service into their clients campaigns.
Role Description:
> A highly motivated self-starting individual with strong sales skills
> To work with Marketing Agencies to introduce, sell and develop the use of our services
> Create and maximise all sales opportunities within an Agency organisation
> To build ongoing effective relationships with an Agencys personnel and our internal colleagues
Duties and Responsibilities:
> Based in London / South East
> Understand business products and services that we can provide to help deliver Agencies strategic and tactical requirements
> Get to know and regularly meet Agency teams so that whenever they have an opportunity or pitch they involve our approach
> Create presentations, proposals and quotes to support the sales negotiations
> Understand and use all the resources within the company to facilitate sales completions
> Maintain and report individual opportunity pipeline using our pipeline report
> Work to, meet and exceed sales targets
> Develop Agency network to develop ongoing sales opportunities
> Be respected for professionalism and thoroughness and ability to work within the Agency environment,
> Build and manage good, professional working relationships with both colleagues and clients
> Flag up to line management opportunities for improvement wherever these may be found e.g. process, resourcing, developments, etc.

> Demo ability to work in team environment
> Demo leadership qualities
You may have worked in the following capacities:
Senior Business Development Manager, Agency Account Director, Agency Sales Manager, Advertising Agency New Business Manager, Digital Marketing Sales, FMCG Sales & Marketing Manager.
